The ability to create different templates is what really makes this program unique, as it allows you to customize how your report looks without having too many options. Sometimes I have difficulty getting all of my information into one template; however, when that happens, its easy enough to just make changes in order to get everything put together correctly. It's not something i dislike by any means, but rather something I think could be improved upon if they made some more features available out-of-the box for basic users. As long as you know where to look (i.e., the help section) it shouldn't take much time at all before you figure things out yourself. If you're looking for an inexpensive program with customizable templates, then Narrative Pro should definitely be considered! We use the product to provide concise narratives regarding patient care within our organization.
