Review on Poly Planar MA 4055W 5 Inch Flush Mount Speakers by Jamie Sorenson

The speakers sounded good and were the same size as the ones we replaced. But the large round speaker holes that were already cut in our ceiling were a bit too big, and the four screws on those speakers are further in than the ones we replaced, so we still haven't installed them permanently because you can do you can not screw them on. them in the air. However, once installed, they fully cover large openings. It's not really the speakers' fault, and there was quite a bit of hardware and screws attached to the speakers - just nothing worked. We have made another plan to install them this weekend. I hope we finally get them installed. Before ordering, remove your old speakers and really double check the dimensions of everything. The screws don't reach the ceiling by about 0.2" (the holes on older speakers are probably less than 1/2" in diameter, but just enough to allow for easy installation).
