Good air barrier with decent magnetic strip - could do without the lacy top.
Purchased for attic doors in upstairs room. Worked like a charm. I ended up adding roofing nails around the entire exterior of the curtain to hold it up in the attic, but the magnetic seal works well and definitely provides a nice air barrier to help insulate interior doors.
