Arrived well packaged. In the state of delivery, the camera system makes a solid impression. The camera body and brackets are metal rather than cheap plastic. Attaching the camera to our grille for a forward view was easy, as was programming the camera screen to accompany the forward view. Includes all necessary cables and wiring connections for easy installation into an existing power source. The wireless system (except for the required power supplies) makes it easy to connect the camera to the screen and they will pair automatically. Because of the front mounting, video transmission distance wasn't an issue, but system tests showed good, clear reception. over longer distances, allowing it to be used in the back of caravans (the company even offers a free video antenna for longer vehicles like 18-wheelers). Although the instructions and installation guide could have had a better English translation, it was easy enough to decipher, understand and follow. The guide even gives the buyer information on how to get one of several optional extras at no extra cost. During the initial installation, it turned out that the camera was actually not working. Contacting the company was easy via email. They were quick to respond and after explaining the situation, promptly sent a replacement which arrived within a few days and worked perfectly. Video reception is clear with no static interference. The device allows you to install a second camera (any of the free extras mentioned above) and the programming allows you to control either camera or split the screen to see images from both cameras at the same time. In general? Very happy with this camera system, better than more expensive others I've seen and tried. Satisfied with both the product and the company's customer service. If I could make a suggestion, I would like to add a video storage function, as well as video recording and DVR capabilities to the system. I would buy again if needed and recommend.
