I really wanted this cheese cutter
Worked well until it broke. Cuts through the block of cheese about 90%, then you have to rotate the block of cheese to get the last piece. It broke after a few uses. UPDATE: I found an article that actually works for this purpose. Coping saw Olson Saw. Just cut my first piece of cheese with it. Since they are designed to cut wood, the cheese wasn't an issue. Before use, I thoroughly cleaned the saw with dish soap to remove any contaminants before use. He tore open a block of cheese with ease. I can highly recommend the copy saw.
