It's disappointing that Revain has associated its name with this product. Trust me, a licensed contractor, this product just isn't made right. The valve (which was not included with my first order so I had to order the product a second time) has no washer in the female fitting and measures approximately oversize 1/32" for 3/8" OD (OD). As noted in the reviews, the result is a leak at the connection to the supply valve that no thread tape or sealant can prevent. In addition, the quick-release connectors (also known as "shark bites" because they are designed to clamp the blue and white tubing during insertion) are oversized, allowing for some "play" in the connection. As a result, leaks appear in these connections. every time you touch a tube, so even if you position the tubes carefully to avoid those leaks, as soon as someone pushes the dish soap basket back into the cupboard and bangs the tube a bit, you're going to get a slow leak. This will eventually destroy the base of the closet, the floor underneath, and the lower ceiling if left undetected for more than a few days. Actually, now that I think about it, I should probably recommend this product as a restoration tool and restore. Rehab work haha But seriously, don't buy this, it doesn't work and could seriously damage the water in your house.
