Upgrade. One year with tarp, tested all seasons and they are great. Definitely recommended and would buy again. My 4 stars are now 5. The first one had a big stitch, no big deal. The 2nd was solid but in the Pacific Northwest the rain came early and we had to take advantage of it. Seams leak when water sits (within 5 minutes). We thought we fixed it with more supports at the bottom to seal it up and it STILL drips. The plastic tarpaulin may have looked ostentatious, but for a fraction of the cost, it might have been a better choice. And if you get a super custom one, send it back if you can. It really is a divorce.
