Received the set today. The tiles look good, I'm sure they will be easy to work with. But two tile trays were broken although I think they can be used. However, two tile shelves were broken beyond repair. Pretty annoying. let's go folks. How difficult is it to pack the box so that nothing breaks? Update: C&H has gone to great lengths to replace broken pushers/stands as well as tile trays. Dorian, in particular, kept me updated on the process. In fact, the company offered to fix everything even before I contacted them. Amazing customer service. I also like tiles. Very nice to deal with. Very good product.
