Very satisfied! My windows only open about 4 inches (and I have short arms) so I wasn't able to clean the outside prior to this purchase. As long as you buy the right strength, you won't regret it! Most of the negative reviews are because they bought the wrong fort, it's the consumer's problem not the product! I don't know the thickness of my windows myself, so the magnetic force isn't as strong as the plastic it comes with, but it's enough not to come loose on its own. The only hope is that finding spare parts will not be difficult.
