So this is my first knife purchase that I really tried to research because I wanted something that would last. After trying several different knives and talking to people who know more about steel and knives than I do, I was glad I bought this knife. I was told that it is made of high quality steel and judging by the picture the design is beautiful. Before the knife arrived I received an email from the company that makes the knife. They thanked me for the purchase and gave me a free e-book with multiple recipes. It was a very nice touch and they ask me if the PDF gets through (apparently they had problems before). I replied and thanked them for the book and to my great surprise they answered me and thanked me for buying my first knife and if anything happened to contact them. It was a great feeling, not only is the product great, but the people behind it also go the extra mile in customer service. Crate. After looking at the beautiful damask pattern I decided to use it. Not to mention the details, this knife is amazing, maybe the best I've ever used. I would recommend this knife to anyone if they ask me. Also sorry for the long review but I have to say that both the knife and the company are great and this is my first review so I don't know what to say.
