god they block! You can't tell for sure if they block blue rays from your computer or other electronics, but they do a good job of blocking your vision. I think it takes getting used to. I can't say I like it (5 stars) but I'm happy with them. Quality assembly, strong, accurately described by the seller. Just be aware that they darken your look as intended. My lenses are quite wide and they fit over them with plenty of room. It may not make any aesthetic contribution, but it certainly offers good coverage for your eyes. Light and unobtrusive. Essential in subtropical and tropical climates when you want to avoid eye damage from sunlight and electronic devices at night.
