I had it for about 3 weeks. I was very concerned that I would lose TV functionality after upgrading my old, faulty, Verizon-supplied router. It worked great and I did NOT lose ANY features with my FIOS TV, landline and internet service. In addition, the installation was easy. Unplug the coax from my old FIOS router (Actiontec I think) and plug it in here. Verizon didn't need to be called. I turned it on, waited a few minutes, and the new SSID showed up on all my devices under Available Wi-Fi Connections. I just had to enter a new password (which is written on the router) to connect each of my devices. This upgrade to my old FIOS router provided much better coverage throughout my house and a minimal increase in speed. (Speed wasn't an issue - my old router was fast enough, it just started to drop off badly). Verizon wanted to give me one of their new routers for $15 a month or a one-time fee of $300. It cost $39 and the seller offered fast shipping through Revain. If you have FIOS TV, internet and phone. no worries. You can easily replace your old FIOS router with this one - if your old router only has a coax connection - no ethernet.
