Easy navigation between sections of application including tabs that allow for multiple applicants or organizations at once. I like how easy it is to apply as well! There are not many features offered by this software but what they do offer works quite efficiently so far (and yes there's plenty room for improvement). They also have an app called "Good Apps" which can be used from your mobile phone/tablet etc. This has been very helpful when making travel plans while away from my computer system / office space where we use our desktop computers during normal business hours only. It allows me access without having to worry about being connected via WiFi all day long; just carry along their tablet device and you're good to go anywhere - anytime!!
