I'm assuming it wasn't made to specification.
Passenger side deformed after a few months. I ordered a replacement under their lifetime warranty but now the same thing is happening to the replacement - the rubber is deformed in the same spot on the passenger side. I have a feeling the production press is set incorrectly. You must contact the company. I paid for shipping once, hope you don't have to pay a second time.
