Review on 🍳 Farberware 21745 High Performance Nonstick Griddle Pan/Flat Grill, 11 Inch, Black - Improve Your Cooking Experience by John Stowers

I bought this to use on my glass hob. When it arrived the pan was perfectly level and sat perfectly on the stove. I heated it to about 350 degrees to toast the sandwich. I used a laser thermometer to take the temperature and never saw part of the pan exceed 375, but at the time the other part of the pan was nearly 100 degrees colder, so the distribution was unsatisfactory. Once cool, the pan is now too deformed to be used on a glass cooktop: it wobbles too much and only touches in one spot, being shaped more like a very shallow bowl than a frying pan. I shouldn't have expected much from a $20 pan, but with all the great reviews, I at least expected it to be good for more than one use! Emptor Warning.
