I've tried many recovery drinks and this is the best I've ever tried. I am a cyclist and after more than 50 kilometers I always ride a recovery drink. I have found them to be effective in speeding up recovery ahead of my next trip. This works very well for me. and the taste of chocolate flavor is great. Research shows that chocolate milk is a great recovery drink and I use it for short rides, but for longer rides, especially over 50 miles, I prefer recovery liquid. I mix with skim milk.
