I buy not the first time, I drink these vitamins in the fall and spring. The color of urine may change due to vitamin C. The recommendations indicate three tablets per day, I drink two. I go in for sports, I eat well, well, plus work, of course. Anyway, 3 pills is a lot, I think. Excellent combination and correct proportions.
