The attached image below is all you need to see. It shows a brief ping log (though reflecting its performance) before I replaced that switch, and right after. I went from ping over 1s with frequent packet loss to the router in my house to <0.001s with the new switch. I bought this switch less than 6 months ago to replace a 20 year old switch and have been having issues with this switch for months. Things kept getting worse until the internet was practically down this week. I normally never post reviews but I want to warn others that anything negative about this product is not worth your time. I'll buy Netgear and Cisco hardware again as it seems they actually make decent products.
