Great knife for the price

The knife is well balanced and feels good in the hand. This is a new knife so it's too early to tell how well it will hold an edge. More than acceptable for the price. Whether you're a weekend hobbyist in the kitchen or at the BBQ, this knife is a great choice in your arsenal.
