While I've found that our kittens have done well after being mixed with wet food (and three 12 ounce containers) for a few weeks, I've noticed that when I've fed more than miss a day feeding them this (or a few in two weeks), they'll have digestive problems and a nasty mess again. I hereby conclude that while this mix contains nutrients and may contain very little active probiotics, my kittens' peptic effects are likely due to the thickeners used to support them. do not mix. The worst thing about this product (and the reason for two stars instead of three) is that they keep increasing the price of this stuff and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. damaged - it was completely torn open in the envelope last time, even the USPS updated this when they found it. Instead of offering me a replacement Amazon decided to cancel, finally offered me a refund and now I have to pay $2 more than I did two days ago - AGAIN?!? THEY INCREASE THE PRICE EVERY TIME I ORDER! No one drives up prices by delivering such a high percentage of defective, incorrect, damaged, and deceptively poor quality as Amazon did after the pandemic. Oh, and STOP FILLING THE USPS! After asking everyone to give the postal service some wiggle room and consider using alternative carriers, Amazon switched from almost always UPS to USPS. with terrible consequences of course! I miss many things and money, not to mention how my life is marred by the lack of food, supplies, and the things I need to live from home. You really are bridge building, Amazon.
