Review on QNAP TS-431XeU-8G-US: High-performance 4-Bay 1U Rackmount NAS with 10GbE Network and 8GB RAM by Homer Reed

I am a big fan of good customer service and had to call QNAP after only a few months of use. My server was in need of an update and the maintenance staff is terrible and doesn't really know what they are doing. I would not recommend buying their products based on their customer service. You won't get good support and they won't give you any help at all. I can't believe they are dealing with such poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
