Sometimes a mistake is worth a mile. Claimed as a special chassis for my car, it doesn't quite fit. There are two connectors that interact with the car's wiring, both connect well. There is also a floor that needs to be done under the dashboard and this is where the product fails. There is a small ring terminal that attaches to one of the wires in the product harness and a self-drilling sheet metal screw that comes with instructions to "find a suitable grounding point near the connector and drill a hole" for the screw. There is practically no suitable place to drill a hole next to the plug. There are probably a dozen suitable studs next to the connector that could be used for ground, but would require a larger ring terminal on the cable and a 12 cent nut. right size. Now it would be a special tourniquet. There is also no "flat spot under the dash" to attach the control box with the included double-sided adhesive foam as advertised. No other installation or functionality issues. It would be easy if not for the earth.
