The best junk in the terrarium Heat Lamps and Mats

On 12/27/2013 I ordered one of these 17 x 19 outdoor heating elements On 1/31/2014 I found the element was faulty and cold . I unplugged it and plugged it into a different outlet. After leaving it overnight, the unit still wasn't warm. He's clearly out of order. On February 4th, 2014 I packed the device and prepared to ship it back to Revain. Surprise surprise. When I tried to print the shipping label, I got a message that the item could not be returned because the return deadline was January 31, 2014. This piece of junk only lasted 35 days before it crashed.
