I am very disappointed with this product. We've had it for almost a week now and it only gets a little warm after a few hours. If I leave it on all day when I get home it's freezing. Even if you press on it, it doesn't heat up.

the first one was damaged and not delivered. Have requested delivery of a second one, had to ask for a refund. Pillow instead and worked much better.

I bought a total of four of these heaters and opened the first two for our aging cats. Both worked great for about two weeks, and then both worked fine. I have two that are brand new and have no confidence. I will contact the manufacturer for a refund. Broken heaters almost $200.

So far this is working really well to keep our Semi Doberman German Shepherd cozy on those cold autumn nights. The heating pad was perfect for our small porch. The shape is perfect for a curled up dog, even one as large as ours. We covered her with a soft blanket so she wouldn't lay directly on the mat because it's hard plastic. This product does what it is designed to do. Unfortunately I did not measure the Kitty Tube and found on arrival that this item did not fit and as it has a hard plastic body it does not bend. However, this turned out to be no problem as I decided to only use it for my other previously stray kitty, Henry, in the garage. There's a comfy old chair with armrests that I put a microfiber blanket on and since it's below freezing I needed a heat mat for that too. He likes it and the product seems to be
