This review is from Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm Lip Balm. This product is packed with a variety of oils and you would think that the moisturizing properties would be second to none. No, for some reason not only does this not help dry out the lips, but it ends up making them even drier! The lip balm is easy to apply and feels comfortable at first, but after a few minutes it drips onto the chin and leaves a greasy feeling. And there's a rebound effect: the more you apply, the more you feel like you need it. I don't know what's wrong with this product because it doesn't contain mineral oil in its ingredients, but according to experts, these are the side effects of mineral oil lip balm. For these reasons, I don't recommend this product unless you like feeling like a messy, greasy mess with chapped lips!
