Only lasted about 160 miles

This product was installed on a 2000 Yukon with a 5.3 engine, drove about 160 miles and worked great when it worked. After driving I parked it, tried to restart it but it wouldn't start, the pump failed. Called support and they didn't help and the warranty has expired as it wasn't installed right at the time of purchase (about 3 months later). I've read all the comments on here about how great the customer service was, but that wasn't my experience (not sure why).
