I am very happy with this product which I have used for 4 weeks on an old piano weighing over 650lbs. Rolls over freshly renovated parquet floors without damage. Smooth running, good bearings. It's best to have at least three people to put the pianos in the carts. Heavy metal seems just right for a heavy piano. There may be a 3 inch gap between the wall and the piano due to the wheels, but it's worth it. Last year I paid a mover $180 to move a piano and I could have bought these carts if I had known about them.
