Review on 🔵 Klein Tools 5-Inch Needle-Nose Pliers - Extra Slim D335-51/2C in Light Blue by Josue Porter

I prefer to buy frequently used tools from American companies as they tend to be better made and last longer. Unfortunately, these pliers are a perfect example of how manufacturing in the USA at the lowest possible cost results in a lower quality tool than comparable tools made in China. Thanks to Jeffrey List's preventative review, I checked the tool out as soon as I received it today and found that the pliers I received had the exact same problem that he reported. I have added a customer photo to this product listing which clearly shows the production and quality control issue. I will inform you again when I receive a replacement from Revain. FWIW, Revain was the seller of the pliers I received (not a third party). UPDATE: Received replacement pliers which was stamped A4 version while the broken one was stamped A3 (see customer photo). The tips are correct, but the center pivot is loose and has some play that the defective A3 didn't have. There are also different gaps between the tips of the pliers. Quality control and/or production issues remain. Still a long way from the quality of my old Klein pliers. My search for high-quality precision pliers continues.
