Excellent quality pliers with thin ends. In the set I got, the two halves fit together perfectly. There are no problems with spaces.

Very precise processing. Keep them well oiled because I've found that small tools rust easily - and it's heartbreaking.

Junk for $30! The spring broke rendering it unusable after a little over a month of occasional use. Of course, this happened immediately after the return window closed. Very disappointed.

Typical Klein quality tools. Sometimes you need a little less than a regular yellow miniature pen. This is the solution and they work great. I keep them in my tool bag and I don't go to work without them.

I was hesitant based on reviews that described quality issues and to be honest I'm not sure what I received would is what it should be. I've always been a fan of quality tools and the Klein Tools name has always been my compliment. An exception is the 5-inch pliers from Klein Linemans. The tip broke off the second time I used these pliers. These are needle points with a very thin tip and I didn't twist or twist them like normal pliers, but the metal is very brittle. I get a small exception from Klein on warranty (that's why I bought these pliers in the first place) - let's see.

I've been using ONLY Klein tools for almost 30 years. Unfortunately, this needle nose pliers set has been completely disabled. Instead of a "nose" made up of equal parts (cut down the middle of two cheeks), one side is VERY thin and the other is large. When I read the ads for this tool I thought of KK Klein. Either they're better now or I'm lucky. That's why I gave my pair 5 stars. The ends are sharpened so that they just meet. No overlap and side by side. The seams inside are perfect. The handles are well bonded and when closed, less than 1/2 millimeter of light passes between each part of the jaws from base to tip. I prefer to buy frequently used tools from American companies as they tend to be better made and last longer. Unfortunately, these pliers are a perfect example of how manufacturing in the USA at the lowest possible cost results in a lower quality tool than comparable tools made in China.
