Well worth the high price if done right.
When I read the ads for this tool I thought of KK Klein. Either they're better now or I'm lucky. That's why I gave my pair 5 stars. The ends are sharpened so that they just meet. No overlap and side by side. The seams inside are perfect. The handles are well bonded and when closed, less than 1/2 millimeter of light passes between each part of the jaws from base to tip. It goes away with a little pressure. I can pluck my hair with these pliers. Steel seems to have a good combination of flexibility and strength. In general I'm happy. If they made all their instruments as good as this one, they would be worth a hefty price tag.
