Klein 5 " Needle Tip - Snap Tip - Second Use

I've always been a fan of quality tools and the Klein Tools name has always been my compliment. An exception is the 5-inch pliers from Klein Linemans. The tip broke off the second time I used these pliers. These are needle points with a very thin tip and I didn't twist or twist them like normal pliers, but the metal is very brittle. I get a small exception from Klein on warranty (that's why I bought these pliers in the first place) - let's see.
