Minuses: - you need to keep the bowl of refrigerant in the freezer for a long time. And not 8 hours, as described in the instructions, but at least 10-12. And even after that, you will have to freeze in the freezer (but this is a matter of taste) - very few ice cream recipes in the instructions. Searched the internet for other options. - Quite noisy. But you should not be afraid of this, since this situation is with all users. All in all, a very, very good purchase. Homemade ice cream turns out to be very tasty (it cannot be compared with store-bought ice cream), so I recommend it.
