should be kept near the shut-off valve

This tool should be in every household and kept in a convenient place near the shut-off valves. The zip tie they give you to secure is basically useless, there are no instructions on how to use it and I can't attach it directly to the pipe. This requires a second tool. Why would I sue the tool to get the post tool? Although it costs more money, they need to develop a small, highly visible plastic mount or holster that can be attached to the wall with either pre-drilled holes or glue. It can be very thin and the tool can just pop out or rise up.
