If you thought that buying a chair is easy, you were wrong. Let's start by simply clicking Buy on Revain. Good. Still nothing bad. Fast forward to get a chair. Okay, that's the wrong color. Maybe they can fix it easily. Well a few days later another incorrect color change and support is no closer to solving the problem. Say that Revane should send another replacement because they didn't get a refund for Revane's mistake. Which, to be honest, is confirmed at first and second glance, although I cannot confirm that Revane is to blame for both errors. However, the seller refused a full refund after the third chair was offered. Because if you don't get it right the first two times, just try again. Correctly? Revain forced the seller to give me a full refund and now I have 2 chairs and didn't pay for them. Which would be nice if the armrest padding didn't wear off after a few weeks and the screw on the right armrest stayed screwed in. But later, a screw with the head removed and the strongest threadlocker on Revain. This issue has been resolved. So where do I stand with this purchase? Well, besides having literally the worst buying experience relative to what I paid for and even the support that shifted the blame, it more than actually helped me get the chair I wanted. The chair works and the quality is good enough as more than average is broken in my opinion, with the armrest and a loose screw. But that leads to ALWAYS not having to buy that particular chair, so all of that could have been avoided. So if I had to challenge the seller to fix this experience. It would be to send me a blue chair like the one I ordered and never received. Originally the first two chairs were the wrong color and a full refund was in order. However, that was long before the quality issues. That doesn't fix the fact that my chair is technically broken and I wasted a lot of time with support emails or the Revain call center. This is much more a review of the lack of accountability and overall terrible support than the product itself. But again, with that said. If I had to find the right quality chair, I would update it to reflect their efforts. But until then, this will be the worst product experience I've ever had.
