One of the labels was crooked. In other words, the bottle wasn't square or flat. At this price I expect the labels to line up perfectly. Instead of sending it back my husband removed the tags. The bottles themselves and the stand still work perfectly. We've had the set for about 2 months now. Update August 2012. After using this kit for about a year and a half, I encountered the following issues. First, the small plastic cap on one of the bottles detached from the plastic thread that attached it to the bottle. A bit annoying since it's such a small cover and it's hard to see because it's transparent. Second, the "cork" part on the pore apparatus of one of the bottles was very loose. Based on these two factors, I have downgraded this product from 4 stars to 3 stars.
