When the cable works I love it. The problem is that it doesn't work very often. I clean homes and commercial buildings and am fed up with constantly twisting extension cords, tangling cords and tossing them down stairs and out of the way. When I saw this I hoped my nightmare was over. As long as you're working in an empty room, the cable works great. If there's furniture, corners, stairs, or stepping over a cord, you're stuck. Then, when it's time to put the cable away, it takes almost a juggling skill to hold the cable together long enough to fit in your pocket. I fixed this by putting on and fastening the dog collar. Overall, the cable is WAY overpriced and way less functional. save your money
