I have a crinkle knife, a french fry knife, a stainless steel knife, a wavy knife suitable for cutting fruit and vegetables, a kitchen must-have kid's knife for potatoes, onions, carrots, thinly sliced slices (green) (green) in exchange for this review. That's a great little chopper. The blade is sharp enough to easily slice potatoes or carrots, leaving a wavy pattern. If you get the slicing right, you can make wrinkled fries (from smaller fries, since blade length is limited) and with LOTS of practice and care, you can even make a fairly decent replica fried waffle. (NOT easy but doable in my experience) The handle is comfortable in my hand so cutting is very easy. The blade is easy to clean under running water or in the dishwasher.
