06/28/2018 - 2nd update. After two failed bubbles, I contacted the manufacturer to let them know about the problem. They admitted they had issues with some of them that were defective and they would go through their stock and definitely send me a replacement which was checked to make sure it wasn't defective. Not only did they send it, they also sent me a backup just in case. This is amazing customer service. So far there have been no problems with the exchange. I finally have a winner and I'm so happy! 06/13/2018 - UPDATE Well after my first bladder burst on the second use (the clip broke) I figured it was an accident so I ordered another one. It was still usable, but I don't want to break anything. Yesterday I went to my replacement and it broke in the same place. So that's two in just a month that broke for me. I am giving two stars for now as my husband is still doing well. 05/08/2018 I really like this bubble. The handle makes it easy to carry and the detachable tube on the top makes it convenient. I like opening and closing the top quickly. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that the magnet is pretty weak. He's not holding the hose well. Anyway, I ordered another one for my husband.
