This software has been great to use when it comes down to tracking user's activity of what they are doing through our site - which makes them feel more comfortable with using their services, etcetera! I love that there isn't much downtime either! Sometimes we have random issues occur where sometimes you get stuck but usually this only happens once per day or so (sometimes less than an hour).
