I like that it's able to track everything about an investigation, including who has access to what information. It can be very time consuming at times when you have multiple investigators working on one case or if there are multiple cases going on simultaneously. Also sometimes it takes too long between updates. Sometimes we would need something updated right away but it could take up to 30 minutes before it was actually updated. We use this software in order to keep our internal files organized so everyone knows where things are located. This helps us with being more efficient as well as keeping track of important documents.
