It seems complicated at first, but now I see how to customize it and make it work.

I've had time to figure out the suspension. I had to look at the photos on the website to see how my new very shy rescue dog is doing. I was ready to give it back and then figured out how to make it usable. Instructions must be! And there are no stretch marks at all. It seems durable. Proper fit is important as it is stiff and can be uncomfortable due to the lack of a stretch factor.
