This gasket fits my '96 Cherokee perfectly. The best thing about the Fel-Pro sump pads are the included sump/disk holders. Small plastic studs that screw into the corner stud holes. First you slide the spacer over the studs and it will hold it right where it needs to be, then slide the pan over the studs until it clicks and you're done. The pan and gasket are held in place while you install/tighten the screws. Brilliant!
