
I love that the system was easy enough for my staff to use, but I had to teach them how to use it. It has helped us manage our database of clients in an organized way, we can easily see how many times people come through the door each month and also keep track of who's first and who's been there longest. We're not using all of the features yet, but so far they seem fairly intuitive and easy to understand. We are helping create a more efficient workflow by allowing our front desk team to enter appointments directly into the system which allows us to have better data on how many new clients versus returning clients come in each week.
