Convenient- easy and efficient way for primary care physician
It makes it easier to keep track of my patients' appointments as well as their medical records with automatic reminder emails sent out at specific times during certain days or weeks prior to an upcoming event such as visit dates etc. I love that you can check patient information from home which helps me get more work done when traveling away from office hours. There are some features however where there could be better organization/searching capabilities but overall this software has been very helpful so far since we started using it about 2 months ago.

- Patient reminders via email, text message & phone call
- Abilityto view appointment history online 24 7 without having internet access (if needed) in your storefront computer.
- Very user friendly interface great customer support too! :)
