Returning The box was opened, all the parts fell out and never quite seemed to fit. The items appear to have been returned. But who will blame the previous user for bringing them back? I certainly don't. There were no assembly instructions except for the opened box. Not that instructions were needed. It's pretty easy to assemble, isn't it? It is not easy. I was thinking the same thing. The screw holding the handle is bent, making it difficult to install the handle. No matter how I installed the handle, it never closed to push the plate. Can't press cakes unless press is actually PUSHING. The only positive thing I can say is that it's made of heavy cast iron.
