We bought a size 5-6, my son is 4 but he wears a 5t, the shorts fit him well and he still has room to grow into them so should last 2 seasons. We love the colors and they look comfortable

- I bought a child of 7 years, I needed a size 10/12. The waist belt is hard. Every time he goes in the water, the bags pop out.
