Buyer Warning. Best in Office Electronics

Stops working after one day. Technical support is pathetic. You will be sent to the Philippines where you can speak to someone who speaks like an automaton and knows less than you. After she kept telling me to check the connection for 25 minutes, I asked someone to help me. The next-level assistant spoke slowly and carefully, and while easy to understand, was just as useless as the first. After continuously uninstalling and downloading the driver for an hour, I quit the program and sent back this poorly made product. The support staff does not understand the product.
