It took less than 5 minutes to swap them out. The extra height above the 4x4 is great because now I don't have to worry about banging my head (6ft 2in) on the window. They were set at 30 degrees and very stiff even at that temperature. Update: It's been over a year and a half now and they're still as solid as the day they were installed.
