I want to give this pan 4 stars - I really do. The non-stick surface is great - nice and smooth - perfect for boiling eggs. The size is large and you can easily cook a family dinner in it. But that's the point. There is a problem. The handles are too big. You can't turn it horizontally on the stovetop as most ovens have gaps that are too big (you'll end up with a cold center. So the most logical thing for me is to turn it vertically on the stovetop (all to one side, front + rear). ). But in this mode, the knobs force it to protrude over the rear burner (the knob won't let you push it all the way back. The result is uneven heat at one end. If you're lucky and have a middle burner (we recently had on converted one) that helps some, but you could be at an angle. If your stove has more space or no rear display (completely flat) this pan is perfect for you! But if you're like me, it's a little tricky to serve.
