I understand it was cheap but the holes in the clamp mounts looked like someone had drilled them.

I understand it was cheap but like the clamp bracket holes they looked like someone hand drilled them and bad and they are so off center. The part that connects to the base is so loose that it falls sideways under its own weight and cannot be tightened. One of the alligator clips is loose and popping out. I would not recommend buying.
